Conditions of approval
(1)
In granting any approval under section 21, the Director‑General may impose any condition on the licensee or approved individual, or both, that the Director‑General considers necessary or expedient having regard to the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Director‑General may impose different conditions in respect of —
different classes of licensees or licensees under different circumstances; or
different classes of approved individuals or approved individuals under different circumstances.
(3)
In particular, an approval granted under section 21 in respect of an individual may include conditions restricting the individual from —
having unsupervised direct access to any resident of the licensable SRH; or
handling financial matters and moneys relating to the operation of the licensable SRH.
