Amendment of section 31

In the Active Mobility Act, in section 31 —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “, mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair” with “or mobility vehicle”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace “, mobility scooters or motorised wheelchairs” with “or mobility vehicles”;

(c)

replace subsection (3) with —“(3) In this section, a warning notice relating to a personal mobility device or a mobility vehicle is a notice that satisfies the prescribed requirements for that warning notice.”; and

(d)

in subsection (4), replace “extends to include” with “means”.
