Amendment of section 32
In the Active Mobility Act, in section 32 —
(a)
in the section heading, after “mobility vehicle”, insert “, etc.”;
(b)
in subsection (1), replace “, mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair” with “or mobility vehicle”;
(c)
in subsections (1)(a) and (b) and (3), replace “or an uncertified vehicle advertisement” with “, an uncertified vehicle advertisement or an unregistered registrable mobility vehicle advertisement”; and
(d)
in subsection (4), replace “extends to include” with “means”.
