Amendment of section 4

In the Active Mobility Act, in section 4(1) —

(a)

in paragraphs (a) and (b), replace “or personal mobility device” with “, personal mobility device, mobility vehicle or non‑motorised wheelchair”; and

(b)

in paragraph (b), after “riding”, insert “, driving”.
