Amendment of section 36

In the Active Mobility Act, in section 36 —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “, mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair” wherever it appears with “or mobility vehicle”; and

(b)

in subsections (2) and (3), replace “mobility scooters or motorised wheelchairs” wherever it appears with “mobility vehicles”.
