Amendment of section 48

In the Active Mobility Act, in section 48 —

(a)

in the section heading, after “driver”, insert “, etc.”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(a) and (b), replace “or rider” wherever it appears with “, rider or user”; and

(c)

in subsection (6)(a) and (b), replace “ride or drive” wherever it appears with “ride, drive or use”.
