Amendment of section 50

In the Active Mobility Act, in section 50 —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “or competency test certificates” with “, competency test certificates or certificates of medical need”;

(b)

in subsection (1), after “3A”, insert “, 3B”;

(c)

in subsections (1)(b) and (2), after “rider”, insert “, user”;

(d)

in subsections (5), (6) and (7), after “competency test certificate” wherever it appears, insert “or certificate of medical need”; and

(e)

in subsection (5)(b)(ii), after “section 23H”, insert “, 23L”.
