Amendment of section 58B

In the Active Mobility Act, in section 58B(1)(b) —

(a)

delete “a motorised wheelchair or”; and

(b)

replace “or the rider of a bicycle, personal mobility device, PAB or mobility scooter” with “the rider of a bicycle, personal mobility device or PAB, or the driver or rider of a mobility vehicle”.
