Amendment of section 58C

In the Active Mobility Act, in section 58C —

(a)

after “Part 3A”, insert “or 3B”;

(b)

replace “riding or driving” with “driving or riding”;

(c)

in paragraph (a), after “vehicle the”, insert “driving or”; and

(d)

in paragraph (b), replace “or 3A” with “, 3A or 3B”.
