Amendment of section 6
In the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, in section 6(1) —
(a)
in paragraph (ea), after “small motorised vehicles”, insert “, and the keeping of unsafe devices,”; and
(b)
replace paragraph (ia) with —“(ia)to promote the use, and promote and regulate the safe use, of electric vehicles and vehicles that use clean energy, clean technology or efficient pollution control technology, in Singapore;”.
