Amendment of section 15C
In the Parking Places Act, in section 15C(1) —
(a)
replace “If a person” with “A person who”;
(b)
in paragraph (a), delete “or” at the end;
(c)
in paragraph (b), replace the comma at the end with “; or”; and
(d)
after paragraph (b), insert —“(c)in relation to any proposal or plan for the provision of parking lots in a private parking place lodged by the person or any other person under this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act,”.
