Amendment of section 22
In the Parking Places Act, in section 22(2), after paragraph (d), insert —“(da)prescribing the circumstances under which the owner or occupier who is required to provide and maintain the private parking place provided or to be provided on the land or premises mentioned in section 6A(1) must —
submit an application for the approval of a proposal or plan (including a revised proposal or plan) for the provision of parking lots in the private parking place; or
lodge with the Authority a proposal or plan (including a revised proposal or plan) for the provision of parking lots in the private parking place;
(db)regulating matters relating to an application for the approval of, or the lodgment of, a proposal or plan (including a revised proposal or plan) for the provision of parking lots in a private parking place mentioned in section 6A, including the documents and information to be submitted with the proposal or plan;”.
