Amendment of section 2
In the Road Traffic Act 1961 (called in this Part the Road Traffic Act), in section 2(1), replace the definitions of “mobility scooter” and “motorised wheelchair” with —“ “mobility vehicle” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Active Mobility Act 2017;”.
