Clause 60

In the Road Traffic Act, in section 34(1), after paragraph (p), insert —“(pa)to empower the Registrar to reject an application for or relating to the registration or licensing of a vehicle if there is any unpaid road‑use charge under Part 1A that is payable by the applicant;”.
