Clause 85

In the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Act, in section 2(1), after the definition of “transit”, insert —“ “unsafe device” means a small motorised vehicle that does not comply with the safety requirements prescribed for that class or description of small motorised vehicle;”.
