Amendment of section 3
In the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Act, in section 3 —
(a)
in paragraph (a), delete “and” at the end; and
(b)
after paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)prohibiting the keeping of unsafe devices; and”.
