Clause 95

In the Rapid Transit Systems Act 1995, in section 23B(12), in the definition of “small vehicle”, replace “mobility scooter or wheelchair” with “mobility vehicle or non‑motorised wheelchair, within the meanings given by section 2(1) of the Active Mobility Act 2017”.
