Clause 29

Cross‑border incident site

The premises where incident management operations in relation to a railway occurrence that is a cross‑border incident may be conducted are —

(a)

the premises where the cross‑border incident is occurring or has occurred; and

(b)

any other premises in the immediate vicinity of the premises in paragraph (a) as is reasonably necessary for the effective conduct of those incident management operations.
