Clause 45
Adding or amending Schedules
(1)
The Minister may, by regulations, add or delete a Schedule, or amend any of the Schedules.
(2)
The Minister may, in any regulations made under subsection (1) —
prescribe matters required, permitted or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out the provisions in treaties respecting arrangements for the co‑location of border clearance of people and goods travelling by cross‑border train between Singapore and peninsular Malaysia; and
make such saving or transitional provisions as may be necessary or expedient consequent on the making of the regulations.
(3)
No regulation made under this Act is deemed to be invalid because it deals with any matter provided for by any written law, or because of repugnancy to or inconsistency with any Act other than the Constitution.
