Clause 58

Amendment of section 61

In the Cross‑Border Railways Act 2018, in section 61 —

(a)

in subsection (1), after “affecting section 60”, insert “but subject to section 36 of the Cross‑Border Railways (Border Control Co‑location) Act 2026”; and

(b)

in subsection (2), after “subsection (3)”, insert “but subject to section 36 of the Cross‑Border Railways (Border Control Co‑location) Act 2026”.
