Amendment of section 52

In the Customs Act 1960, in section 52(5) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), delete “and” at the end; and

(b)

replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)by rail as the baggage of a passenger on a passenger train service; and

(c)

by rail as stores for use in railway restaurant cars.”.
