Amendment of section 61B

In the principal Act, in section 61B(1A) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), replace “scheme in accordance with any regulations made under section 77(1)(n)” with “CPF investment scheme”; and

(b)

in paragraph (c), replace “those regulations” with “regulations made under section 77(1)(n)”.
