Clause 4

Amendment of COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020

In the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 —

(a)

in section 2, in the definition of “Minister”, in paragraph (d), replace “Parts 8A, 8B, 8C and 10A” with “Parts 8A and 8B”;

(b)

delete Part 8C; and

(c)

delete Part 10A.
