Amendment of section 2
In the Poisons Act 1938 (called in this Part the Poisons Act), in section 2, replace the definition of “Chief Executive of the Authority” with —“ “Chief Executive of the Authority” means the Chief Executive within the meaning given by section 2 of the Health Sciences Authority Act 2001;”.
