Amendment of section 20
In the Poisons Act, in section 20(1), replace paragraph (n) with —“(n)prescribing the offences under this Act or any rules made under this Act that may be compounded;
(o)
prescribing that any act or omission in contravention of any rule shall be an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding $20,000 or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or with both.”.
