Amendment of other Acts
(1)
In the Food Safety and Security Act 2025, in section 4(3)(f), replace “Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act 1993” with “Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993”.
(2)
In the Sale of Food Act 1973, in section 2A(3)(f), replace “Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act 1993” with “Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993”.
