Amendment of section 18

In the principal Act, in section 18 —

(a)

in subsection (1), after “A registered supplier”, insert “, and an importer that imports regulated goods for the importer’s own use,”; and

(b)

in subsections (2) and (3), after “registered supplier”, insert “or importer”.
