Amendment of section 12A
In the principal Act, in section 12A(1) —
(a)
replace “an importer or a manufacturer” with “a person that imports or manufactures any goods that are regulated goods (called in this Part an importer and a manufacturer, respectively)”; and
(b)
replace “any regulated goods” with “those regulated goods”.
