the individual has obtained his or her registration fraudulently or by an incorrect statement;

(2)
The Registrar may cancel the registration of an individual who has not renewed his or her practising certificate for a continuous period of 2 years.
(3)
Before the Council or Registrar (as the case may be) cancels the registration of a registered veterinarian under subsection (1) (except on the ground mentioned in paragraph (h) of that subsection) or (2), the Registrar must give written notice to the registered veterinarian —
informing of the intention of the Council or Registrar (as the case may be) to cancel the registration; and

(4)
If the Council or Registrar (as the case may be) cancels the registration of an individual under subsection (1) or (2) —
