Clause 28

Registrar’s certificate

A certificate purporting to be signed by the Registrar —

(a)

to the effect that at any time or during any period specified in the certificate an individual was or was not a registered veterinarian, or had or did not have a valid practising certificate; or

(b)

as to any entry in a register, or the removal of any entry from a register,is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, and without further proof of the signature appended to the certificate, sufficient evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
