Clause 37
Request for voluntary cancellation or suspension of registration, etc.
A registered veterinarian may request the Council to take one or more of the actions mentioned in section 38(2) if the registered veterinarian believes that —
(a)
his or her fitness to practise veterinary medicine is impaired by reason of his or her physical or mental condition; or
(b)
the quality of the professional services provided by him or her does not meet the standard that is reasonable to expect of a veterinarian.
