Clause 59

If a Disciplinary Committee makes an order under section 56 or 57 in a disciplinary case against a registered veterinarian, the Registrar must, as soon as practicable, give written notice of the order to the registered veterinarian, the complainant and the Council (if the Council is not the complainant).
