Officer or employee of National Parks Board not disqualified from being committee member or observer
(1)
Any member of the Council who is an officer or employee of the National Parks Board is not disqualified from being a member of any Disciplinary Committee or Interim Orders Committee by reason only that he or she is such an officer or is so employed, as the case may be.
(2)
Any member of the Complaints Panel who is an officer or employee of the National Parks Board is not disqualified from being a member of any Complaints Assessment Committee, Disciplinary Committee or Interim Orders Committee, or an observer of any Disciplinary Committee, by reason only that he or she is such an officer or is so employed, as the case may be.
