Amendment of section 63
In the principal Act, in section 63 —
(a)
in subsections (1)(a), (2) and (3)(a) and (b), after “provision of media services in Singapore”, insert “conducted pursuant to a broadcasting licence or newspaper permit”; and
(b)
in subsection (3)(b), replace “, by notification in the Gazette, specify” with “specify, in a manner as will secure adequate publicity or notice,”.
