Fees
The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule must be paid to the Chief Surveyor in such manner as he or she may determine in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Schedule.
The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable in advance for surveys, including demarcation and emplacement of boundary marks, performed by the Chief Surveyor and for any related works and services.
The Chief Surveyor may remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee paid or payable under these Rules.
Paragraph (3) applies regardless of whether the fee was paid or payable before, on or after 1 June 2015.
