Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Building Control (Estimated Final Price for Class 2 General Builder’s Licence) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 18th December 2008.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Building Control (Estimated Final Price for Class 2 General Builder’s Licence) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 18th December 2008.
Variation of estimated final price for Class 2 General Builder’s Licence
A Class 2 general builder’s licence shall authorise the holder thereof to carry on the business of a general builder restricted to contracts or engagements for an estimated final price each of not more than $6 million, instead of the estimated final price of $3 million specified in section 29C(1)(b) of the Act.
