Citation and commencement

This Order is the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care (Prescribed Period under Section 6(1)(c)(ii)) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 November 2021.

Regulation 2

Prescribed period

For the purposes of section 6(1)(c)(ii) of the Act, the prescribed period is between 1 January 1970 and 31 December 1979 (both dates inclusive).
