The following offences may be compounded in accordance with section 63(1) of the Act:

(a)

any offence under section 7(5), 8A(5), 58(1)(a), (b), (d) or (e) or 58A of the Act;

(b)

any offence under section 58(a), (b), (d) or (e) of the Act as in force before 1 October 2020.
