Charities (Exempt Charities) Order is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation CA-OR2 1994, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1994.
Citation
This Order may be cited as the Charities (Exempt Charities) Order.
Exempt charities
The institutions set out in the Schedule, so far as they are charities, are hereby declared to be exempt charities for the purposes of the Charities Act.
