Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Cinematograph Film Hire Duty (Amendment) Act 1985 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 1985.

Repeal of section 13
Section 13 of the Cinematograph Film Hire Duty Act is repealed.
