Subregulation 1
Section 3(1) of the Act does not apply in relation to the single‑storey detached house that is or is to be constructed on Lot 05443N of MK 17 at Sime Road, in respect of which written permission was granted on 14 September 2020, so long as the gross floor area of the house does not exceed 29.54 square metres.
