Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) (No. 2) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 27 August 2014.

Co-operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) (No. 2) Order 2014 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation CSA-S552-2014 1979, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1979.
Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) (No. 2) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 27 August 2014.
Exemption from section 89(3) of Act
Singapore Polytechnic Co-operative Limited shall be exempt from section 89(3) of the Act, in so far as —
any moneys remaining after the application of its funds to the purposes specified in section 88 of the Act; and
any sums unclaimed after 2 years from the date of cancellation of its registration,shall be donated to the Singapore Polytechnic Endowment Fund, instead of being transferred to the Co-operative Societies Liquidation Account.
