Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 January 2020.

Any offence under section 55A(1) or (2), 60(2) or 62(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Minister, or any person authorised by the Minister in writing, in accordance with section 81(1) of the Act.
