Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2009 and shall come into operation on 21st October 2009.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2009 and shall come into operation on 21st October 2009.
Amendment of section 1
Section 1 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) This Act shall continue in force for a period of 5 years from 21st October 2009.”.
