Short title and commencement
This Act is the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2024 and comes into operation on 21 October 2024.
Amendment of section 1
In the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955, in section 1, replace subsection (2) with —“(2) This Act continues in force for a period of 5 years starting on 21 October 2024.”.
