This Act may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) Act 1991 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Amendment of section 136A

Section 136A(1) of the Customs Act is amended by deleting the words “more than half of the total capacity of its fuel supply tank filled with motor spirit” in the sixth and seventh lines and substituting the words “such minimum amount of motor spirit in its fuel supply tank as the Minister may by order prescribe”.
