Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Customs Ticket Notices) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.

Customs (Customs Ticket Notices) Regulations 2012 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation CA-S665-2012 1960, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1960.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Customs Ticket Notices) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.
Offences prescribed for section 125A of Act
The offences to which section 125A of the Act applies are set out in the First Schedule.
Form of notice
A notice to be served on any person under section 125A of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Second Schedule.
