Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Cybersecurity (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 11 April 2022.
Compoundable offences
An offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 8(4), 10(2) or (7), 13(2), 15(7)(a) or (b) or (8), 16(3) or 24(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner or any Assistant Commissioner authorised by the Commissioner in accordance with section 41 of the Act.
