Citation and Commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2013.

Citation and Commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2013.
Welfare home
The Minister hereby establishes Acacia Home, at 30 Admiralty Street, Singapore 757441, formerly known as Acacia Welfare Home, at 10 Kaki Bukit Avenue 5, Singapore 417902, as a welfare home for the reception, care and rehabilitation of destitute persons, with effect from 1st April 2013.
