Amendment of Schedule
The Schedule to the Development Fund Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 7, the following paragraph:“8. The payment of all costs, expenses and charges incurred on or after the date of commencement of the Development Fund (Amendment) Act 2004 in relation to the investment of moneys in the Development Fund, notwithstanding any other written law.”.
